TECHNIQUE: Soldering with a Torch
if you want to design with sterling silver you should learn how to solder. Make and pick solder 18-guage jumprings into a bracelet-length chain, then solder a clasp to the chain.
The $95 class fee includes a small butane torch which reaches 2500 degrees. If you bring your own small torch, the class fee will be $65, but bring your own butane and be familiar with how to operate your torch.
